He is responsible for strategic development of the Company and oversees global operations
His functional and technical expertise bring values to Clients to streamline the business operations and bring efficiency in day to day activities

Harshit Agrawal

Project Manager – Implementation Services

Harshit Agrawal is Project Manager -Implementation Services in Techsofya – He brings 8+ years of experience in ERP Consulting across various industries including Real Estate and Manufacturing.
Harshit is having an extensive experience in Implementations, Data Transformation, Data Analytics and End User Training.
He has worked for multiple regions serving Real Estate owners/operators/developers, and has provided best practices of Real Estate Industry, assisting with application development and financial due diligence.
He has successfully implemented Commercial, Retail, Unit Sales and Finance Modules of Yardi across India, UAE, Kuwait and Egypt.

Balaji Premkumar

Balaji Premkumar brings over 15 years of management and consulting experience in the real estate industry.

He helps clients to improve financial processes, implement leading technologies and leverage best practices in process redesign to meet the real-world requirements of commercial real estate organizations.

  • Yardi Implementation
    • Implemented Job Cost and Vendor Café for one of the largest Construction Manager in UAE who is managing more than 300 construction projects
    • Implemented Finance modules for one of the largest Property Manager in UAE who is managing more than 53,000 units
    • Data Migrations, UAT, CRP and prepared Standard Operating Procedures/Training Material for Yardi Implementations

Jay Panicker

Service Delivery Manager – Offshore Operations

Jay takes care of Service Delivery for Offshore Operations and he is responsible for managing offshore team and deliveries. He comes with 17+ years expertise in the Finance and Accounting operations across various Industries.

His career span includes:

  • Role of Fund Accountant for a leading Property Management company based in UK having assets across Europe
  • Instrumental in transitioning Fund Accounting process from Europe and stabilized in India
  • Data Migration, UAT for Retail and Investment Module
  • Functional support and upgrade to Yardi 7s for Commercial, Retail and Residential client
  • Led the team of Functional and Technical consultants for implementation, Data migration,  Reports development on various ERP and BI Tools.
  • Led projects for Payroll, Finance and Accounting for the industries in various domain – F&B, Manufacturing, Security Services, Digital etc
  • Led various process improvement projects that involved MS Office and RPA.

Though coming from Finance & Accounting background, he had developed his technical in VBA in Excel, SQL and UiPath
